With over 2,500 units on service, our portfolio includes a wide range of building types and customers - from large government office buildings to single-elevator apartment buildings and multi-story hotels.

Dispatcher / Office Assistant

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls (ten incoming lines)
  • Input/closeout service call requests to online dispatching system.
  • Dispatch service call requests to field personnel
  • Input customer payments
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain customer files
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Experience with Excel and Word or similar
  • Customer service oriented
  • Work well under pressure
  • Dependable

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 40 hours/week, occasional overtime
  • $18.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE
